- With Other Users: Your User Content (videos, descriptions) and associated location information will be visible to other users of the App as part of spot checks or fulfilled requests. Your username may also be visible.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf, such as payment processing (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), data analysis, AI content validation, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of GoSee, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
